Exciting Internship Opportunity: Recruitment Sourcing & Attraction Intern, March 2024. Become a part of our dynamic team that's reshaping the people business industry! This internship will equip you with comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle, professional recruiting for the home services industry. This internship will provide experience in:
Talent Sourcing: Immerse yourself in outbound search techniques to discover and engage with potential candidates online. Assist in networking opportunities to drive potential talent pipelines. Collaborate with our talent team to provide promising leads for the interview process. Play a significant role in growing our workforce by ensuring that our recruiters and hiring managers meet their weekly interview targets based on their hiring objectives. Help foster a culture of employee referrals through rewards, recognition, and regular communication.
Recruitment Marketing: Work together with our Talent Team to develop local recruiting materials like flyers, Facebook and Instagram, and table stands for hiring events. Assist in driving hiring event reservations and attendance. Master the art of A/B testing for job ads, understand what motivates our candidates, and learn how to attract the right job seekers.
HCM/HRIS Technologies: Manage job postings through ATS/Job boards and support recruiting functions by applying best practices to source, track, and manage leads and candidates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting metric dashboards and scorecards.

Perks & Benefits:
- Paid internship: $16.00/hr.-18/hr.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday
- Duration: Roughly 12 weeks, extendable based on performance and business needs

What You Need:
- Current MBA student OR 3 years of an Undergraduate degree completed, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or Communications, and enrolled in current semester coursework
- At least 1 year of work experience in a client-facing role in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Proficiency in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with photo editing and graphic design tools (Canva) is a plus
